3-What to do if you get a message saying "invalid phone number" ?

You must enter the US country code (1) then area code followed by the phone number. For international calls, you must first enter 011 then the country code.
4-What does "up to 30 minutes" of FREE World-Wide calling mean ?

Each of the promo cards states "up to 30 Minutes" because the rates to call different countries vary by the particular country called. Calling time on the Promo cards is based on the $ .02 USD per minute cost of calling many countries. If a country with a higher rate is called, the talk time will be reduced in proportion to the higher cost to call that country.
5-How many ways can FREE Users make calls?

Free Users can make calls using 3 technologies:

1. PC-to-Phone (PC2Phone) Using the installed Dialer, users can call any home phone, cell phone or business phone in any country in the world using basic speakers and microphone on their computer. 2. Phone-To-Phone (P2P)- Users in the US and Canada can make world-wide calls from their home phone, cell phone or business phone by simple calling a local number in their areOnce connected to this local number, the user can call any phone in the world.
3. Pc-To-PC (PC2PC) FREE users can call any other installed dialer in the world, and talk with NO limits at NO cost TOTALLY FREE!!!

6-What happens when the FREE User installs the dialer?

When the FREE user receives the 30 Minute Promo Card from the Advertiser,

The following installation process is followed:

1. The Free User receives the 30 Minute Promo Card from the Advertiser containing a URL address
2. The URL Address opens a Branded or Private Label Landing Page
3. The FREE User inserts his/her email address and clicks submit. A caution statement requiring a legitimate email address is prominent on the landing page
4. A standard download process begins
5. The final step in the download process requests the FREE user to insert profile data including name, email address, Zip code, Area code, State, Country, Age, and Gender, then submits. (The Advertiser/Private Label captures this profile data in the customer data base  in real time)
6. The Advertiser Icon is not imbedded on the FREE udders computer desktop
7. To make a Dialer call, the user clicks on the Icon and the Dialer appears with a 20 second Flash commercial
8. The FREE User now can type in the number of the phone to be called anywhere in the world. Click the red phone on the dialer to initiate the call. ( 1+ for North America / 011+ for Int'l)
9. (a headset with microphone is recommended for best quality conversation)
The Dialer will automatically call the requested number and the call is connected.
